Lilac Terrace offers 43 comfortable units designed for independent senior living of these 18 units are proudly subsidized by BC Housing, making quality senior living more accessible. The remaining units are available at market value, providing flexible options for all residents.
Every tenant at Lilac Terrace enjoys the convenience of a delicious dinner served nightly in our communal dining room. fostering a warm and social atmosphere. Those residents that reside in our BC Housing units, we further enhance your comfort with 1-hour weekly housekeeping. Should you be in our market value units, this valuable service can be easily arranged for an additional cost.
It is important to remember that Lilac Terrace is a fully independent living community, designed for seniors who manage their daily needs. While creating a supportive environment, any community-based support services, such as home care, are arranged directly by the residents and/or their families.
